OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment will not improve your chances of winning. The Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on May 1, 2026 at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends at 11:59 PM ET on June 30, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Eastern Time shall control for all purposes of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s designated clock shall be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes Period is comprised of two (2) separate entry periods, consisting of each calendar month during the Sweepstakes Period (each, a “Monthly Entry Period”). Each Monthly Entry Period begins at 12:01 AM ET on the first day of the applicable month and ends at 11:59 PM ET on the last day of that month, during which time all entries must be received for that Monthly Entry Period. The Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules and is subject to all applicable U.S. federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited.

1.  Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, and work in a commercial kitchen environment with regular access to and use of a commercial fryer. Proof of residency, age and employment may be required. If you are an eligible entrant, you may only enter with the knowledge and consent of your employer. Employees of Church & Dwight Co., Inc. (“Sponsor”), and its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates and advertising or promotional agencies, and the immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win.  “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live.  “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not.  In order to enter the Sweepstakes or receive a prize, you must fully comply with the Official Rules and, by entering, you represent and warrant that you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions shall be binding and final in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes.

2.  How to enter.  To participate in the Sweepstakes, you must have a personal account with either Instagram or TikTok. If you do not already have an account with either platform, you may create an account on the platforms for free. You may create an Instagram account at www.instagram.com or via the Instagram app and you may create a  TikTok account at www.tiktok.com www.tiktok.com or via the TikTok app. Both the Instagram and TikTok apps are available for free download in the Apple or Google Play app stores.

Each Monthly Entry Period is a separate and independent entry period that must be entered individually. Entries submitted during a Monthly Entry Period DO NOT carry forward to the next Monthly Entry Period.

Sponsor will be distributing free samples of its Arm & Hammer FRYFLEX™ Commercial Fryer Cleaner (“FRYFLEX”) at trade shows, through its website https://www.ahprofessional.com/fryflex/ and via its distributor partners. You may also request a free sample of FRYFLEX by clicking the link in any of the LinkedIn posts made by Arm & Hammer Professional Products promoting FRYFLEX and the Sweepstakes.

To participate in the Sweepstakes, you must create and post a photo or video on either Instagram or TikTok, depicting the before and after results of your use of FRYFLEX to clean a commercial fryer (the “Entry”). Product must be used as directed on the product packaging. Prior to product use, please be sure to also review the FRYFLEX Safety Data Sheet, available at FRYFLEX™ Deep Fryer Boil Out Cleaner 5 oz. Pre-Measured Packet – ARM & HAMMER™ Commercial & Professional Products.

To be eligible for entry, (i) your Instagram/TikTok account(s) must be set to public; (ii) your Entry must visually include the FRYFLEX product, the commercial fryer, and the actual before/after results of your use of FRYFLEX to clean the commercial fryer; (iii) your Entry must include the required hashtags #FryFlexPro and #FryFlexSweepstakes; (iv) if submitting a Video, the Video must be in English; (v) for Instagram, your Entry must tag @armhammerpro, and for TikTok, your Entry must tag @ahprofessional; and (vi) your Entry must comply with the Entry Requirements set forth below in Paragraph 3. NOTE: entries will not be judged to determine the winners; as set forth below, winners will be selected by random draw.

TO RECEIVE AN ENTRY FOR A MONTHLY ENTRY PERIOD, YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY BY POSTING IT TO INSTAGRAM OR TIKTOK DURING THE APPLICABLE MONTHLY ENTRY PERIOD. Although it is free to enter the Sweepstakes, standard data rates and charges may be incurred if you use your mobile device to submit your entry. Limit one (1) entry per person per Monthly Entry Period, regardless of method of entry by Instagram or TikTok. You may submit the same Entry for each separate Monthly Entry Period; however, you must enter each Monthly Entry Period separately; entries do not carry forward. Entries or attempts at entries by the same person in excess of the limits stated herein will be disqualified.  Use of multiple emails, multiple Instagram and TikTok accounts, bots or other automated devices to enter by the same individual is prohibited and may result in disqualification.  Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Instagram and TikTok account from which entry is made at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU SHOULD NOT ATTEMPT ANY ACTIVITY THAT IS BEYOND YOUR SKILL LEVEL. PRE-MEASURED PACKET – ARM & HAMMER™ COMMERCIAL & PROFESSIONAL PRODUCTS. ENTRANTS ACKNOWLEDGE THE INHERENT DANGERS AND RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH COMMERCIAL FRYERS AND THE USE AND CLEANING THEREOF (“ACTIVITIES”) AND THAT THERE ARE FACTORS AND OCCURRENCES WHICH MAY IMPACT ON OR AFFECT THE SAFETY OF SUCH ACTIVITIES AND ENTRANTS KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THESE RISKS AND DANGERS.

3. Entry Requirements. To be eligible as a qualified entry, your Entry must comply with the following requirements:

(i) the Entry must be submitted with the knowledge and consent of entrant’s employer and entrant shall provide Sponsor with proof of such consent upon request;

(ii) the Entry may feature only the entrant and no other person, unless entrant has submitted the Entry with the knowledge and consent of any third party depicted in the Entry and such third party is the age of majority in his/her legal state of residence and has consented to Sponsor’s right and license to use and/or display the Entry for any purpose, including the right to use such third party’s image, name, professional name or pseudonym, signature, social media handle, emoji, likeness, picture, portrait and/or voice as may be depicted in the Entry (and entrant will make written copies of such permissions and releases available to Sponsor upon request);

(iii) the Entry and entrant’s use of FRYFLEX must not be in violation of the internal policies and/or procedures of entrant’s employer or any applicable laws, rules or regulations;

(iv) the Entry may not identify entrant’s employer or the location of entrant’s place of employment or contain any other identifying features related to entrant’s employer/place of employment (by way of example, if your place of employment is a restaurant, the restaurant name or logo cannot be visible on a uniform or elsewhere in the Entry); any such identifying feature must be blurred out or otherwise removed or obliterated);

(v) the Entry cannot display, depict or contain anything that may be deemed confidential or proprietary to entrant’s employer;

(vi) the Entry must depict entrant’s actual, truthful opinions, findings and beliefs, personal experience and authentic results using FRYFLEX and must not be generated, created, enhanced, modified, or otherwise altered, in whole or part, by editing techniques, generative or agentic artificial intelligence or otherwise, in any manner that substitutes or otherwise misrepresents entrant’s actual personal experience with, or authentic results of using, FRYFLEX;

(vii) other than Sponsor, its products, brands and/or logos, the Entry may not show, contain, mention, depict, refer or otherwise allude to the name, logo or product of any other retailer, manufacturer, brand, product, store, place of business, person, company or character;

(viii) the Entry must be owned by entrant and be entrant’s own original work, created solely by entrant and not created professionally; must not have been previously published, released or distributed in any form; must not have won any award; may not contain any third party artistic work, including but not limited to, music or art; and must not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights of any person or entity;

(ix) the Entry may not contain, mention, refer or otherwise allude to any material, subject or otherwise that is violent, lewd, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, pornographic, disparaging, defamatory, libelous, racially or morally offensive or otherwise contain inappropriate content or objectionable material;

(x) the Entry cannot display or promote nudity, religion, alcohol, illegal activity, drugs or tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing), any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any political agenda or message;

(xi) the Entry cannot in any manner defame or misrepresent Sponsor, its brands, products, or other people, products or companies or their products, as reasonably determined by Sponsor;

(xii) the Entry cannot contain any personal identification, such as personal names, email addresses or street addresses, without express permission;

(xiii) the Entry cannot depict and cannot itself be in violation of any law, rule or regulation; and

(xiv) the Entry must otherwise be in compliance with these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify, and/or demand immediate takedown of, any Entry that Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, does not comply with or is in violation of these Official Rules or that otherwise contains prohibited or inappropriate content.

4. Grant of Rights.  Each entrant into the Sweepstakes hereby irrevocably grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free and perpetual right and license to modify, photoshop, edit, incorporate, pair with other material in any way, shape or form, use and display such entrant’s Entry, in whole or in part, including but not limited to, the non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free and perpetual right and license to use and/or display such entrant’s image, name, professional name or pseudonym, signature, social media handle, emoji, likeness, picture, portrait, and/or voice (“Attributes”) as may be depicted in the Entry, for any and all purposes, including in any and all digital and/or media channels, Sponsor-owned, operated or affiliated websites or social media platforms (now or hereinafter known, owned, operated, affiliated and/or developed) without limitation, worldwide and without additional compensation, notice, review or approval from entrant.  Each entrant further agrees to execute any and all documents deemed necessary or otherwise required by Sponsor, if any, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, to effectuate such grant, and further agrees to make written copies of appropriate permissions and releases available to Sponsor, upon Sponsor’s request, to the extent that any third party is depicted in the Entry. If entrant fails or refuses to execute or make available such documents deemed necessary by Sponsor, entrant shall be automatically disqualified from the Sweepstakes in Sponsor’s sole discretion and without the right of appeal by entrant. If entrant is a minor in such minor’s state of legal residence, the within Grant of Rights must be given by said minor’s parent or legal guardian on their behalf.

5. Representations and Warranties/Indemnification.  By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant represents and warrants as follows: (i) entrant will comply with these Official Rules, including but not limited to the Entry Requirements; and, if applicable, entrant has obtained any and all necessary permissions and releases that may be required to submit the Entry and for the right of Sponsor to use the Entry for any purpose; (ii) its Entry was submitted with the knowledge and consent of entrant’s employer; (iii) the Entry and entrant’s use of FRYFLEX is not in violation of the internal policies and/or procedures of entrant’s employer or any applicable laws, rules or regulations; (iv) the Entry does not identify entrant’s employer or the location of entrant’s place of employment or contain any other visibly identifying features related to entrant’s employer/place of employment; (v) the Entry does not display, depict or otherwise contain anything that may be deemed confidential or proprietary to entrant’s employer; (vi) the Entry depicts entrant’s actual, truthful opinions, findings and beliefs, personal experience and authentic results using FRYFLEX and was not generated, created, enhanced, modified, or otherwise altered, in whole or part, by editing techniques, generative or agentic artificial intelligence or otherwise, in any manner that substitutes or otherwise misrepresents entrant’s actual personal experience with, or authentic results of using, FRYFLEX; (vii) the Entry is owned by entrant, is entrant’s own original work, and has not been previously published, distributed or otherwise exploited and, as of the date of submission, the Entry is not the subject of any actual or threatened litigation or claim; (viii) the Entry does not and will not violate or infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of any other person or entity, including, but not limited to, rights of privacy and publicity; and (ix) the Entry does not and will not violate any applicable laws, and is not and will not be considered defamatory or libelous.  Each entrant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors harmless from and against any and all third party claims, actions or proceedings of any kind and from any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses relating to or arising out of any breach or alleged breach of any of the warranties, representations or agreements of entrant hereunder.

6.  Winner Selection; Odds of Winning. There will be one (1) winner for each Monthly Entry Period, for a total of two (2) winners overall for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period. After the close of each Monthly Entry Period, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for that Monthly Entry Period. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for each Monthly Entry Period.

7.  Prize.Each winner will receive a prize in the amount of $1,846.00. Prize will be awarded in the form of a check, issued in the name of the winning entrant. Award of prize is subject to winner verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Upon verification, prize will be mailed or otherwise shipped to the address identified by winner in its Declaration (as defined in Paragraph 8 below). Prize will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Any and all federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Any portion of the prize not accepted or unclaimed and/or unused by winner will be forfeited and will not be substituted.  No transfer, refund, substitution or replacement of prize permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value (or cash equivalent).  ARV of prize is in U.S. dollars.

8.  Winner Notification. Potential winners will be notified via Instagram or TikTok direct message and will be required, in Sponsor’s discretion, to complete and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Publicity Release (where permitted by law) and any other documents deemed necessary and appropriate by Sponsor in its sole discretion (collectively, the “Declaration”) by the date or within the time frame specified by Sponsor or an alternate winner may be selected, in Sponsor’s discretion. If potential winner is under the age of majority in its state of legal residence, the Declaration must be executed on its behalf by its parent or legal guardian. In the event: (a) potential winner cannot be reached for whatever reason after a reasonable effort has been exerted or winner notification or Declaration is returned as undeliverable; (b) potential winner declines or cannot accept, receive or use the prize for any reason; (c) of noncompliance with the above or within any of the aforesaid time periods; (d) potential winner is found to be ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or receive the prize; (e) potential winner cannot or does not comply with the Official Rules; or (f) potential winner fails to fulfill the Declaration-related obligations, the potential winner shall be disqualified from the Sweepstakes and an alternate potential winner may be selected, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, from among the other eligible entries received for the applicable Monthly Entry Period.

9.  Publicity Release; Use of Personal Information. Except where prohibited or restricted by law, a winner’s acceptance of prize constitutes the winner’s agreement and consent for Sponsor and any of its designees to use and/or publish winner’s name (in whole or in part), social media handle, city and state of residence, photographs or other likenesses, pictures, portraits, video, voice, testimonials, biographical information (in whole or in part), and/or statements made by winner regarding the Sweepstakes or Sponsor, worldwide and in perpetuity for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, trade and/or promotion on behalf of Sponsor, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised, including, but not limited to, print, TV, radio, electronic, cable, or World Wide Web, without further limitation, restriction, compensation, notice, review, or approval.  By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants will be sharing their personal information with Sponsor, which personal information will be collected and used for administration of the Sweepstakes and awarding the prize. In addition, by entering, entrants agree to Sponsor’s use of entrant’s personal information as described in its privacy policy at https://churchdwight.com/privacy-policy.aspx. Please refer to Sponsor’s privacy policy for important information regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information by Sponsor.  Sponsor is not responsible for disclosures made by any third party.

10.  No Tampering; Right To Cancel; Modify.  Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors shall not have any obligation or responsibility, including any responsibility to award any prize to entrants, with regard to: (a) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with or violate the Official Rules; (b) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer, human or technical error of any kind, including but not limited to, spam filters, privacy settings, inactive email or social media accounts or an entrant’s failure to monitor its spam folders and/or email or social media accounts; (c) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; (d) entrants who have committed fraud or deception in entering or participating in the Sweepstakes or claiming the prize; (e) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind; (f) any inability of a winner to accept the prize for any reason; (g) any condition or circumstance that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted, or if a prize cannot be awarded, due to delays or interruptions caused by Acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, epidemic, pandemic or outbreak of communicable disease, quarantine, national, regional or state of emergency or emergency disaster, weather, or any other event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control; or (h) any damages, injuries or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from awarding, acceptance, possession, use, misuse, loss or misdirection of any prize or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes or prize related activities.  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or with any website promoting the Sweepstakes; (b) acting in violation of the Official Rules; or (c) entering or attempting to enter the Sweepstakes multiple times through the use of multiple email addresses, multiple social media accounts or otherwise. If Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that technical difficulties or unforeseen events compromise the Sweepstakes in any way, including but not limited to the integrity or viability of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to void any entries at issue, and/or terminate the relevant portion of the Sweepstakes promotion, including the entire Sweepstakes promotion, and/or modify the Sweepstakes and/or, in the event of termination, award the prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries received as of the termination date.

11.  Release of Liability; Disclaimer of Warranty; Forum Selection Clause. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants and winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, TikTok Inc., LinkedIn Corporation, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury (including emotional distress), and/or death, which may occur in connection with preparation for, or participation in, the Sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of the prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related or prize-related activity and for any claims or causes of action based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to entrants’ or to any other person’s computer or mobile device, regardless of how caused, relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with this Sweepstakes.  Entrants and winners acknowledge that Sponsor has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representations or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize or any component thereof.  Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrant or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New Jersey, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New Jersey. In addition, any dispute relating to the Sweepstakes (including the Official Rules) shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court having jurisdiction over the subject matter located in Mercer County, New Jersey.  Entrants hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non conveniens or lack of personal jurisdiction that they may have.  Any and all claims, judgment and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees and under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and further waive any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
